Following the success of the first Chivalry Gentlemen’s Club event last June in Geneva, HAUTLENCE joined whisky producer Chivas once again for an after-work event in Zurich. Launched by Chivas in partnership with HAUTLENCE and Swiss luxury group Bongénie Grieder, the Chivalry Gentlemen’s Club is a community dedicated to gentlemen of the 21st century. Members of the club get together once per year for after-work events in Geneva and Zurich to share exclusive experiences all centred on the theme of gentlemen’s elegance. These events not only celebrate gentlemanliness, but also help raise funds for the Womanity Foundation, an organisation dedicated to empowering underprivileged women and girls around the world.
This second edition took place on October 8 at Zurich’s trendy Grieder Bar in the presence of Womanity Foundation’s President and Founder Yann Borgstedt, who gave a presentation about the organisation to guests. During the event, the 80 participants present got to enjoy special cocktails made with Chivas whisky, discover a ‘chocolate and whisky’ workshop presented by chocolatier Läderbach, participate in a gentlemen’s tailoring workshop led by Scabal, partake in a shoe shining workshop organised by shoe boutique Brogue and discover HAUTLENCE’s exclusive timepieces and avant-garde approach to watchmaking.
Commenting on the brand’s partnership, Guillaume Tetu said, “We look forward to participating in future Chivalry Gentlemen’s Club events. These moments of shared experiences are dear to a creative and alternative brand like HAUTLENCE, as they allow us to transmit our passion for watchmaking to gentlemen of the 21st century.”
The Chivalry Gentlemen’s Club will meet again next year in Geneva, offering its members another round of exceptional experiences in an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere.
